My sick little boy

Well its confirmed.....my little man has the flu. He was stuffy and coughing all day yesterday and had a temp of 100.2 I brought him the doctor today and after waiting forever.....she tells me he has the flu and the little man just got one dose of his flu shot last week!!! He's been cranky and not wanting to eat but ive been forcing those fluids on him. He's sleeping now.....poor baby!! Anyone else baby's sick?! She said a mild strand of the flu is going around now.....hmmm

my daughter has been sick since the day she turned 1. about two weeks now. She first had roseola, then diarrhea (which lasted a week on and off), now a slight fever due to teething   

Yeah unfortunately the flu shot is often followed by none other than, the flu.

Maybe it's different for kids, but every time I got the flu shot....I never got the flu. I didnt get it one year and bam got the flu bad.

It's not caused by getting the shot, because the shot is dead. Most likely the person was already exposed before they got the shot.

His immune system is already weaker because he's a baby. Then they overload it with the flu shot (which only protects against certain strains of it). Then the next thing he encounters (obviously another strain of the flu) his immune system is already overloaded and can't fight it off. Therefore you get a sick baby. We never ever get the flu shot.

Who knows like I said I have NEVER had an issue with the flu shot and the flu can be in you for a week or so before you even get any signs so he probably had it before. But its a very mild case, hasnt been throwing up or pooping everywhere so thats a plus!
