HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The LO has just developed a rash today, and I don't know if it is an allergic reaction, or what. Today was the first time shes had Butternut Squash, and she was also munching some French Fries. She's had mashed potatoes, so I think it's unlikely that it was the potatoes, HOWEVER they were cooked in Canola Oil...

Any tips(other than ER, because her doctor is on vacation until like the 5th)?
