STILL. BLEEDING. (slightly tmi)

posted 22nd Sep
i am 9 weeks and two days post partum. i am pretty sure that my "post partum bleeding" stopped right around 6 weeks (which is also the time i stopped breastfeeding).. my discharge was getting to a really light brown color and then BAM, i start what i am pretty sure is my period. there have been a couple of times where the bleeding will stop and i'll just have brown discharge and i think "yay! it's over!" and then (such as tonight), i will go to the bathroom and see a bunch of blood. it isn't profuse bleeding, but i would think that it would have stopped after three weeks! is this normal???
