never. a homebirth with a midwife, sure. Unassisted, not a chance.

Yes I would, my husband wouldnt let me though. ETA: With a midwife present. Not unassisted. So I guess No for unassisted.

Yes under the right circumstances, if my pregnancy was healthy and normal and I had no access to midwifery care, I would definitely consider an "accidental" home birth... as in
"OOPS! We tried to get to the hospital, but things happened too fast" lol

I said yes. I had a home birth with my first, and my midwives were there but let me do everything myself. They did check the baby's heart rate throughout though. So I guess I would consider it. But I would rather have someone there just in case.  

ETA- When I say I would consider it, I really just mean that I would not freak out if the midwife didn't get there in time, but I don't think I'd actually plan to have no on there.

Me too, I love my midwife, and I will continue to have her present if possible. I like the security of knowing she is there.
But if something occurred like I moved and had no access to out of hospital birth, I would definitely consider unasissted birth before I'd do the whole OB/GYN and hospital route.

ETA- The way I birth (water broke on a weds, had him on Sat.) They would have given me a c section in the hospital. Now it may be different in subsequent births, but i prefer my very knowledgeable, very patient midwives
