how to move on?

Its affecting my mood so much and i dont even want to move the whole day, once i see newborn posts or newborn photos i cry.. My milk supply went down, dont feel like i have the strength to persevere to breastfeed, feel like giving up everything now and husband doesnt seem to share my disappointment, he rubs it off.. i feel so irritated, so sad, so hopeless
And it doesnt help that i woke up with a sms asking me you had a miscarrige? And a girl who tried to "help?" me by reasoning that i cant comfirm my pregnancy, since its only a faint line that got darker.. and i called my gynae he said its very early pregnancy

Sounds like PPD, id talk to your dr about it, and see what they can do to help you!!

I'm sorry for your loss mamma I had a miscarriage on the 10th and I know it hurts a lot but it does get eaiser as time passes..
