Natural Family Planning

I decided this is what I will use as my birth control. Previous BCs have messed up my body in diff. ways. Anywho I'm currently breastfeeding but I still take my BBT every morning (For the past 2 mons.no matter what). I also occasionally check my CM. My question is: My BBT is all over the place but for the most part it stays at 97.7, is this because I'm not ovulating or am I ovulating. I can't rememeber if it stays high when your not OV? Also would you consider 97.7 high?? WHat would be concisdered a low BBT?

I did the natural method and it worked great for us but i never went as far as taking my temp. I checked my panties haha. Your panties will be more wet when you are ovulating.

Say your period is on the first then from the 13-15 don't have sex..or to be safer don't have sex that week. That's around the time a woman ovulates but only if their periods are normal. Like come around the same time each month. My periods ar 32 days apart but for me that's normal.

As for the temp question tho. 97.7 isnt high. When you are ovulating you temp is supossed to go up..like higher than 98.6. Althought this temp isnt normal for everyone anyway. My temp is always 96.3 so you have a go a few degrees above your normal temp.
