Can i post a contest that didnt say something in the rules and was fine till others started CRYING about it and then told me i couldnt do it???

I dunno after awhile i had time to calm down. still think it was kinda shady.. but life goes on and there will be more contest...

She announced the winner (me) on May 22nd. I messaged her like she asked. On the 23rd she replied and said if it took her a few to give me a code, it was because she was doing it on her phone.
I waited until the 28th and hadn't gotten the code. I messaged her and she said she had already sent it and would send it again. It's been 6 days and I still haven't gotten anything.

I was going through alot of baby daddy drama and ended up moving and didn't have a computer. sorry. i usually make siggies for the winners, but around that time I was going through alot.

I do this. ALL the time. When I only had my first son my friend had a gir, I swear I've spent MORE on their little girl then I ever have on mine. =/ I was young.
