I'm back!!

It's been forever since I posted here!! I missed you ladies! I'm sure that most of you who were pregnant now have your babies! Craziness!!  

I was in the hospital at the very end of June for a week with a kidney/urinary tract infection and severe dehydration. I went in with "mild" contractions, and wow.. I wasn't even contracting according to their machine, but I had a bunch of other things wrong with me (including gallstones). Not fun at all. A week later, I got to come home, with a new due date. My last due date was somewhere around August 1st, but they changed it to July 22nd.

He's still a boy, but we've changed his name to Christian Luke (there's been a bunch of different names, but the one I probably wrote about last was Sebastian Lucas). I like it and hubby likes it.

I went to the doctor yesterday and I am 2 cm dilated. My OB decided to send me over to the hospital to get a biophysical profile (basically a very in-depth ultrasound) and a NST (non-stress test) done. Everything turned out great, and they've decided to induce me on Saturday at 3am (I know -- odd time, but hubby and I picked the time). I'll be 39 weeks and 6 days pregnant, so pretty close to full-term!!

I'm very excited. I wanted to go all natural this time around (I was induced with my daughter, but only had one dose of Stadol for the pain, which didn't do anything), but I doubt it'll happen. We're looking forward to Saturday, that's for sure!! The house is set up, the nursery is set up, everything is all set but we're just waiting on our baby boy to join us!
