Working full time and potty training, any tips?

It's so hard for me because I work full time and my daughter is two and a half. I have been potty training her since she was about 2. She will be 3 in January and that's when I want her to be fully potty trained. She goes hear and there. She will tell me she has to go caca but more peepee. But I work full time Monday thru Friday and she is with my mom Mon, Wed, & Fri and with my grandma Tues & Thurs. So it's hard I tell them to potty train her but I don't know if they really pay attention. My grandma seems to do it more than my mom. But I guess my question is any tips on potty training when you work full time? It seems so hard for me.

We started Potty training when Elliot was 2 1/2 his daycare was very hit or miss. some days they were on it, others they weren't. It took a year because of this but, he really did it on his terms and at his pace. One day he was in pullups and the next he wasn't.
It's just going to take patience and understanding. We used M&M's as a reward. Any time we got him to sit on or go on the potty he got a treat. it was a little slow going beacause of the inconsistancy but, he got it.
I got a lot of shit and still do on here for not having my son PT before 3 1/2 but, i just tell them they are not his mommy and I did what was best for him. It's not like he was or would have been 5 and still not PT'd. My friends daughter didn't PT until 5 but, that's because my friend is a lazy mother. I love her but, she sucked at being a parent to a toddler.
