Boyfriend and his womn roomate

when i met my boyfriend he had a roomate, his roomate is a woman,. His lease is almost up and he is in the process of buying a ose. he wold like for me to move in with him...BUT his roomate is coming too. It would actualy me my son and i moving in withTHEM. she really nice and not his type in case anyone is wondering and they also have never dated. should i move in with him?. hes a relly responsibile guy and he likes to take control of managing bills, etc. im just afaid of any drama occuring. what would you do?

they have been living together for a about 5 years and the reason is that they love saving money.

and yes, im still getting to know her. she seems like a pretty nice girl

Are you guys friends at all? Do you like her? If it would help your situation, financially or something, I wouldn't think it would be an issue. But myself, I'd rather live solo... I kind of don't like living with other people. I don't see why a roomate that has nothing to do with his family would move into his house though... a house is a home, for a family.

Why will she be moving with him? I mean, if he's buying a house and not staying where he's at, it just doesn't seem to make sense. It's not that I think anything is up, from what you described he doesn't seem that type, but I still find it a bit odd that she'd be following him to the new place when you'll be there too with your son.

I don't think I could do it. His type or not that would be too strange for me if I wasn't friends with her first. I lived with5 guys when I met my bf and it was even akward for him to come over.

Its not really different than myself living with M and his brother. It was awkward at times but mostly it was okay. We all kept to ourselves.

The only thing I can forsee being an issue is the house and its ownership.

Is he buying the house, and she's renting a room, or are they buying the house together?
I could see that being a huge problem, especially if you and your boyfriend decided to take your relationship further in the future(marriage, etc.).

Women living together almost never works out. Especially when they have lived together for 5 years. Regardless of being romantically involved. THey probably have a routine. You would probably get in the way b/c you are his gf and you have a son. I can see this situation totally sucking.
