My son is 15 months & his 1st word was stop at the age of 7 months. He can now say:
Mom
Dad
Jojo(his aunt)
Car
Truck
Shoe
Turtle
Ball
Dog
Blue
Red
Yellow
He can say few lil sentences like:
Stop it !
It's mine!
I don't want to
I want daddy
& he can count to 10 ;)

My 12 month old doesn't say anything. Well, he says mama. But he will mimick EVERYTHING. U laugh... He laughs. U cough... He coughs... U growl... He growls... U get the picture....
