re: A question about a 12 months old vocabulary

When Zach was 12 months old, his pedi said that as long as he could say 3-6 words regularly that he was developing just fine. By 15 months, he should be close to double that. Then by 18 months, he should say at least 10 words regularly.

Like you said though, some children develop different skills early than other children but may be a bit slowly learning other things. I am sure that Ryan is fine though

That girls commented just rubbed me the wrong way! Her oldest child is a few days older than Zach. She is apart of the MB that I was on when I was pregnant with Zach. Anyway, she has never tried to compare children until we both got pregnant at the same time and now that our boys are only 3 days apart. It aggravates me! I mean she even asked me today if I had got him on video talking yet!!   LOL

He likes to boogy down LOL! It's so funny bc he says it more than he says anything, except mama. He's like a broken record saying mama and has just started screaming it all the time like he really needs something! But it's ok bc I like it! Hehe!

He says it with such urgency it's so hilarious! Then when I say 'what' or if I say 'tuuucckkkerrr' in that same tone he busts out laughing.

Yeah , I was very upset by it . But Kristi said to have everyone call me mom & that worked .

But sometimes if I dont pay attention to him , he screams ASH !

she has some toys that speak spanish,... maybe! lol
