I was raised Apostolic Pentecostal and converted to Catholicism last year. I went to a Catholic college and I guess it just seeped into my brain lol

I grew up Catholic as well, buttttt I went to so many different dominational churchs because I had friends that were different religions. That's probably the best way to go about it. Trying out different churchs and seeing which ones you like the best.

If I had to label it.....I'm non denominational. I don't believe in everything one religion teaches...such as baptist...methodist..etc..

I was raised Christian, but we converted to Messianic Judaism when I was 16. I still follow it for the most part, but a lot of my beliefs differ from that of my mother. I haven't given up my faith, I've just improvised on it. There is a lot of hypocrisy in religion, so I just try to be a good person and do what I feel is right.

I grew up Catholic and I'm still Catholic. I'm open to looking into other relgions though maybe just to learn about them. Particulary Buddhism and Islam.

I was raised cathlolic, but converted to Christianity when i was 17, i was interested in other religions so i started first by reading my Bible then found a church that based their teachings on that.

I was raised Baptist, but later my mom took us to an Pentecostal Apostolic church, and I stayed there for a long time. I still believe that way, but now I have moved to a "non-denominational" church. But they're really more Pentecostal than non-denom. I just like the freedom we have to worship, and it's not a heavy religious atmosphere like other places I've gone to.

I'm Muslim, I follow Islam as my religion.
My husband was a born and raised Muslim but not really practicing when we met and married. I saw other women who were from the mid east and covering and got interested. Lucky for me our neighbor was just an incredible woman and took me into her home as her friend everyday when our DH's went to work. I saw the way her lifestyle matched her beliefs and how easy and simply everything was, so I asked her about it and she told me about Islam.
Later another friend of hers came over and asked if I wanted to come to her class for Quran. I went and thought I would be surrounded by Arabic women speaking to me in broken English trying to convert me.
I couldn't have been more wrong. There were American women, Indian women, and Somali woman and they were all beautifully covered but in different ways. We got to talking and by the second meeting I was so intruiged and had read so much that I cried and asked if I could have that same "thing". I declared my faith to Islam that day and have never looked back. It was a complete lifestyle change and I have found an answer for everything in Islam.
