it sounds like your trying to dry up then right?

well when you are in the shower, let the hot water run over your boobs and massage them, that will help with the pressure and only doing it once a day will help your breast milk dry up... then as soon as you get out, put a tight sports bra on, or my aunt is suggesting almost an ace bandage type deal, bind your boobs...

it will hurt like a bitch when your trying to dry up, thats one of the down falls of formula feeding, but it only takes like a week or so...!!!

good luck!

I know this sounds really strange, but use cabbage leaves. Just put a cold cabbage leaf in each bra cup. It contains something that helps dry up the milk and the coldness will help with the pain. I've had lots of people; including the nurse, advise it and it works wonders.
