i need help with a diaper genie!!!

my sister had gave me one of her diaper genies...and i don't know how to quiet work the fricking thing. does anyone have any info on how to set it up or how to work it...or even have a link on the directions on the Playtex diaper genie twist away???

im about to go crazy over this!  

I was given an older model diaper genie too and never did figure the thing out. I heard they were a waste of money anyway, so I just tossed it.
