Yesterday one of my closest friend's ex(and father of her 14 and 8 year old) committed suicide.  I've been friends with him since jr high. Now 3 amazing little boys don't have a father anymore. His youngest was only 3. It makes me SO mad. It just so happens that yesterday was also the 7 year anniv. of Quinns' sperm donors' death.

Sounds like it wasn't really a good day for anyone.

ETA: I just found out that the baby was the one who found him dead.  That just tears me up.
