I've seen EFFB too.
Some of them have older babies. Is it even healthy to EFF an older baby?

haha. me too. i tend to overthink them though. most of them are really simple.

idk....i havent seen the EFFB ones. i doubt its healthy though. after a certain point a baby needs solids.....

I think breastmilk can hold you off a solid year, not formula though.
