some people just think of crazy things. like i reamber my BD's grand ma yelled at me befor becusae i reached above my head to stretch. She said you could kill the baby with the ambilical cord if you do that. She said she lost her second kid by reaching over her head to hang laundry. I was kind of like ok..... but i called my mid-wife that day and asked she said no its jsut a wife tale. But some women belive it and they follow what people say.

in this country a healthy woman isnt told to take prenatals at all aslong as she has a healthy diet the only thing we are advised to take extra is folic acid.....

People are so damn stupid. My doctor told me not only to take one flinstone a day but 2!! Holy shit she must have been trying to kill my baby!

I never remember to take mine and my OBGYn knew it. I mean sometimes I would but mostly no. She said it would be fine and the only person who might have "issues" from it was me bc the baby would get what he needed first.
