NOPE. she hasnt touched my paypal or bank, credit cards or anything. Im thinking she THOUGHT she could get away with this, and knew if she took it that far she could get caught.

Okay, so I have a question.

Say, I bought something from someone in March. Never recieved it because she was going threw hard times. So I gave her some time. Now she won't respond to me at all.

Obviously I can't dispute because it's been way too long.

But would I still be able to file a claim against her? In your OP, it sounds like I would be able to. But on that website, it doesn't seem like it.

So I'm a little confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, it wasn't threw BG. Does that matter?

Yes you can file a claim since you never recieved it   a postal investigator will show up at her door and she can be charged with theft.

It doesnt matter if you bought it here, this protects EVERYONE over the internet!
