The right age to Build a Bear?

My baby girl will be 2 on sunday and I want to get her something she will really love. She always carries around this "doggy" that my mother gave her sleeps with it takes it grocery shopping and even on her power wheels! Im just wondering if 2 is too little to enjoy picking out the outfits and shoes and stuff they have at Build a Bear? Any suggestions?

I have been taking Kailee since she was born   Lol.

We got at least once a month. We actually have to go tomorrow to get daddy his birthday bear. Maybe we will go tonight. Anyway, she is 18 months and loves going. She has a blast.

jacobs 5 months old, he built one at 4 months and was super into it lol he LOVES his puppy and sleeps with it, and hugs it lol

I plan on building one for my little one before he's born.   That way no one will ever have the exact same first toy as him.

Lol, I never know what to get for hubby for holidays and such, he is beyond picky. So he gets a bear for every holiday/special occasion.

We do them for Grandmas too.

thats cute though the holiday idea. especially for grandparents... they eat that kind of stuff up.

i plan to get my daughter one around 11 months because my fiacnee is leaving for Iraq so I want to get a voice recording of his voice in it.

Yeah, lately, I have been letting her get one too. Just one of the cheap 10 dollar bears. I am going to be putting shelves up in her room around the whole room up by the ceiling and her bears and such are going to be going on the shelves. She only has one that she is absolutely obsessed with.

i had one of those types of shelves and it was ALWAYS covered in stuffed animals...its nice for keeping them out of the way when you cant get rid of them.

Yeah, I had them in my old room at my parents house for all of my trophies from the horseshows. I sent 220 of them to the dump with my dad one day because they were taking up too much room. I still had over 300 left. It was ridiculous.
