Well we made it through my daughter having an MRI for her spot on her neck no issues but now I found out my little cousin (a month younger than Joseph) has to have one because his eyes are rolling back and he may be having seizures. I'm not sure how similar this is to Kaleigh's stuff but was wondering why they would do and MRI versus an EEG since I would think the fact that you have to go under for the MRI might make it more dangerous. I mentioned to his mom to look into an EEG too. Do you have any other suggestions I might tell her to ask about? She's worried and I can tell her about our MRI but know nothing about the differences with suspecting seizures or about an EEG.

Wow, i wonder whats going on with toddlers these days, and possible seizures??? Thats scary...hopefully everything for them comes out normal and ok.   Im always a little nervous about Tyler having some issues, idk why. Heyyy....so we're going to the Aquarium either tonight or tomorrow....im not meeting up with Sharon til next week for chinese(lol), and im excited....i have been numerous times to the childrens museum in Boston and used to LOVE it, so i assume Tyler would too! So, did you decide where you're going??

No clue when yet. Our apartment has to be approved for fire safety and they've just given us an estimate arrival for a few days so we're not going anywhere till he shows up it seems argh. Next weekend I think we're going to the Apple Festival in North Ga. Not sure about week plans yet.

I think the seizure my cousin had may have been due to a fever so not sure if it's a one time thing or not.

I think because the doctor witnessed the "episode" they may skip the EEG because he KNOWS something is going on. I would think if the MRI comes back normal they will do an EEG.

She messaged me back since that they have blood tests, mri, and eeg scheduled so I don't know. I'm not sure if the doctor witnessed it but the little boy had a teething fever and his eyes started rolling back. But it only happened that one time and no other symptoms so who knows.

I have lots of family that live up there and grew up there so it's a bit of a tradition. Though I have missed a few years unfortunately.

I'm guessing that's what they're assuming but want to be safe rather than sorry and make sure it didn't harm him some way. I've never dealt with this luckily so am just going off what she's said.

Hey ladies! I haven't gotten to get on bg that much this week and have been crazy busy and just wanted to stop by to say hi. Hope you ladies are having a much less stressful week than me lol. and have a great weekend! I am going to the Apple Festival Saturday and haven't had much time to plan much else. Hubby's school is driving me nuts and my MIL now wants to come for all of November (till his semester is done) and I actually like the idea for the possible relief of that stress lol. No clue if it will actually happen though. Anyway, hope yall are all doing well

LOL babybaker...well you sound a bit stressed!! We have been as well! We were on our way to get directions LAST week for the Apple Festival and realized its over an hour away! LOL. Im dying to go and was planning for this weekend too. BUT now i think we'll just go to Stone Mountain later this month for the Pumpkin Festival thing.......i climbed Stone Mountain twice and love it there. I still want to do the Apple Festival but not sure if hubby wants to drive that far. He's a baby. lol. Good luck with MIL!! Hopefully she comes to see you guys....any relief would be great im sure. Hope she behaves ;). LOL

Hey! Thanks   Feeling good just counting the days till my first doctor's appt. to confirm all is well. Not really feeling any MS yet but the crazy vivid dreams are here lol and I'm craving fruits, cream cheese, water, and pickles with milk (must have the milk but it's super yummy lol). Oh and prenatal vitamins are just as gross as last two times lol.

ETA Also hubby is way too excited the boobs are swelling up again
