Spikey ball of pain- this could be a dumb question

I am 32 weeks and a couple of days along- my baby is firmly head down. The past two days, I have been feeling a random pain in my cervix that extends to the opening of my vagina. It feels like an extremely heavy pressure and a spiky ball of pain and then I feel like I'm going to pee on myself. It is not constant, no blood, no fluids, no mucus. I'm figuring it's his head?

I know that it's pregnancy and I'm supposed to be uncomfortable and all of that. My question is more if I should call my doctor in the morning to go in to be checked or anything. This is my first baby and I couldn't find an answer on Google, so I figured I'd just come to the masters.

I had that really bad for about 5 weeks before I had my baby. It is deffinatly the head pressing down on your cervix. Sometimes when after getting off the bed in the morning I could hardly walk because his head was so far down and it hurt so bad.

Oh it is really, really hard to make it to the bathroom in the morning now! I am a little excited because it seems to be getting so much closer (Still holding out for 38/40 weeks, though.   ) to baby day!

shouldnt be anything to worry about   things get very uncomfortable down there at the end. you should be able to make it to your appointment next week. if things get worse it wouldn't hurt to call. when you start feeling it, maybe just lay down and put your feet up? anything to get the baby to move into a different position and make you more comfortable.

I had the same pains with all my pregnancies. It actually felt like electrical shocks! Ouch!!
