Random SS question.

Does anyone else think that with the way ID theft keeps rising they should STOP sending Social Security cards to someone in the MAIL!? I know that happens here and I was so worried when I had Kat that someone would steal her card out of the mail.

I'm trying to think of a way to let the SS ppl know that it seems they don't care about ppls safety. Also, if we are able to pickk up birth certificates at an office we should be able to do the same for social security cards.

I would not want to have to wait in the h orrid lines at the SS office but I agree that it should be an option for those who want it that way.
