ovulation test?

I am going to go off of my BCP in 2 weeks and my and my hubby are going to start TTC in December. I want to try to figure out when I ovulate so that we can have the best chance of getting pregnant the first few tries. I have tried to figure it out by howI feel but I just cant tell at all. I was going to try to use an ovulation test the next few months to see if I can figure it out but Im just now sure how reliable they are. Has anyone ever used them? What did you think about it? And if you diduse one and like what kind did you use?

I would reccomend charting your cycles as opposed to just using OPKs.

Get the book "Taking charge of your fertility"

With my son I charted my cycles online.

Before going to the trouble of tests and such I'd recommend trying it easy route.

I bought this book and then found out I was pregnant. lol but I got it for $4.99 (shipped) off of ebay so it was all good.lol I stillplan on reading it though when I get it that way I can help answer more womans questions on here and for future reference. lol

LOL i was reading it to come off BC...I stopped my pill and wondered why I showed no signs of ovulation for a month since stopping my BC...turned out i was pregnant   DAMN MINI PILL!
