I don't have friends like that.

I just have friends who ignore me now and pretend like I'm the bad friend for getting pregnant and not wanting to party anymore.

But I have friends that if I'm having a really shitty day and I call them up crying they are the first to tell me they can't talk right now because they are at a party or the movies or something...

I agree. She might just be trying to fill you in on everything. I have friends that still party a lot and fill me in on the gossip. Then I fill them in on poopy diaper stories, it's great. It's like we live vicariously through on another

Maybe it is her way of doing filling me in but she has never once during a call asked whats going on with me. I mean when i phone someone i always ask how they are, with her its Hi do you know then she starts about about her life.

I don't think you are being overly sensitive.. I guess it just depends on how your friend is.. it could be that she is just trying to fill you in on gossip and stuff, but it could be to try and make you jealous and such cause you cant go out and party all the time. I have friends like that, who will tell me all about their late nights out drinking and getting stoned and then will throw in "dont you wish you could do that, hahahah"... and then I have some friends who completely stopped talking to me since I got pregnant because I cant do that shit anymore...

Personally, I dont think either of them are worth my time anymore if that's all they care about.

Yeah, that would be annoying. Tell her that you feel it's a one sided friendship. Either she'll understand or she won't. If she doesn't understand then I doubt you need her in your life.

Yeah dont talk to alot of my old friends since i got pregnant, but i guess that happneds to everyone. Even when i was pregnant id go to a bar after work just so i could have a chat with them, they never came into se me tho lol

I got friends like that too.. I just ignore them though, everytime they talk about themselves - like it's all about him/her.
Now that I moved, they can't call me anymore... lol
