Another day...another fall...

Kyra had a fall again today. She is 14 months now. It was from a chair onto a marble floor, and she hit her head. So far she hasn't shown any signs of head injury, but she has been tired and whining/crying a lot more than usual. Should I take her in just in case? My husband thinks she is fine, but I feel weird about it.
