She's been wanting her own card for a while now so for the past few weeks we'd let her pick out a few on my card and told her she had to take extra special care with them and you would have thought she was taking care of a baby the way she treated those books. lol
She is so proud and tickled. It's a great idea for little ones and they do have the sturdier books for little ones.

I see women talking about their relationships being smurffy, and how they've lost that initial spark.
Im so happy we haven't lost ours, we never will. I still get butterflies, after 4 years. <3

I love that all of our friends are "our" friends, we can all hang out and have such an awesome time, I really enjoyed that BBQ.


I'm also so glad my dad and his girlfriend got to spend some time with the girls, theyre always begging to see them so I'm glad we worked it out   .

I love that we can make time for "us" and also make "you" time and I can have my "me" time. Really makes for a nice dynamic. Plus, I love the sweet texts I get when we aren't together  

I am so grateful right now. I think of how much worse it could have been and although this isn't ideal and no one wants to have a brain tumor, this is the best one you could have!

It has made me put things into perspective. I read all these fml, i'm so depressed posts and I am so glad I can see the positives in life. It would be very easy to feel sorry for myself and cry, but I'm not going to do that. I'm going to focus on being well and spending time with my family and friends.

I just love my Dad and his girlfriend. She's so good for him. I really hope they have a child together, it would just warm my heart, and hopefully help with my baby fever

I'm sure some days will be harder than others, and sometimes it's OK to be sad and not be as strong, as long as you always pick yourself back up and do the best you can to stay positive, and enjoy what you can in life. You're very welcome.

Mmmm Mexican food

My life almost fell apart 6 months ago. Today, I am more confident, smarter, wiser, and more patient. The power to make this change was in my hands but I never knew that. I am training to be an editor this week...so during the fall instead of just being a staff writer, I will be an editor. I'm also hunting for a day job to supplement my bar income. I did great in summer school, I've been doing great in school overall. Hard work pays off.
