I am sooo tired.. have been since midnight and it's 330. I can't fall asleep though. Anyone got any ideas to help? I feel like crying I'm so tired.

I don't have any.. plus it just makes me tired not put me to sleep and Im already super tired.. thinkin of trying a warm bath. im just afraid to hake up my daughter.

I think I have hit my second wind. I don't even feel tired now. If I'm still awake at 7am... I'm just going to stay up. I can't sleep all day and if I fall asleep after or around 7 I will...
