MEDICAID IN NJ

hello ladies i went last week to the hosptial near me to confirm my pregnancy and was told to come back today and yes it was positive and said my due date is march 5th anyway they said cos i dont have my papers am not eligible for medicaid that am eligible for charity care.but last year in ny with my frist i was eligible wats going on.

so any one know how i can apply for medicaid in newjersey
