10 weeks and spotting??

I started spotting like 2 days ago and it has slowed down but I have already had 2 miscarriages and another pregnancy with placenta previa. Anyone have the same problem and turn out ok?? I'm so worried. This will be my 4th and last child.

I did as soon as it happened. She said "technically" I am not a patient of hers yet and she will see me on Monday. She said if it got worse or really heavy to go to the ER but it didnt get any worse. Just very unsettling to me.

I went to the Dr and she said I am about 8 weeks and she's sending me for an ultrasound. That's at 3:45 today. But she didn't try to listen for the heartbeat. Is it too early cuz I am so mad that she wouldnt . She already had the dopller in the room too. ??
Idk...guess I'll see what happens at the US.

How did your appt go? For some women 8 weeks can be too early to hear heart tones, though you can see the heart beat during sonography. I hope all went well. Best of luck

Thanx. They did an internal u.s and I am only 7 weeks..lol At least she had a better reason to not try to hear the heartbeat than me thinking she was mean...Must be the hormones???But everything looks good.

Awsome I am glad to hear it. I had kind of the same thing happen. When I went for my first apointment I thought I was 10 weeks based on my lmp. It turned out that I was only 7 weeks. And I was devistated when they wouldnt listen for heart tones (I worked for them for 3 years so I knew they can be heard that early sometimes) but seeing the sono made me feel better. when I went for appt at 9 weeks they tried to find heart tones but couldnt. that was scary, but at 11 weeks they found them. Now I have 12 weeks and 2 days to go. Time passes so quickly. I hope you have a joyous and blessed pregnancy.

I'm now almost 11 weeks pregnant and from week 5 to week 8.5 I spotted. I went to the ER because there was cramping and it went from being "pink" to actual "red". The doctors there told me that the baby seemed to be fine, they couldn't hear the heart beat or anything but they checked my cervix, all my hormone levels and said that it could either be implantation bleeding, or the fact that your body is used to having a period and doesn't really know what to do when it's supposed to be around "that time". I stopped spotting around 2 and 1/2 weeks ago, when my husband left for Afghanistan and I've been fine since then. Hopefully it's just that. But definitely keep everyone posted!
