Buying a new living room set

Two questions ladies..
We're buying a living room set soon and trying to choose between two different sets. One of them is a floor model, which I am obsessed with, but it has no warranty and that makes me nervous.
Have any of you ever purchased a floor model, and if so did you have any problems?
The other set is new but we don't want to spend the extra 200 for the warranty. Would you forgo the warranty to save cash? AHH! We're so cheap, I don't know what to do. Advice please.

With small children, I wouldn't forgo the warranty but that is just me. Good luck, Natasha.

our living room set was floor stock nothing wrong with it   had it 6months now

If you love the floor model, go with that!

I promise you, even with the warranty you'll probably end up wanting a new one once the kids are bigger!
