diaper genie ?

is this worth having?
does it keep the odor away even tho it holds all those diapers i never had one with my 1st child

I got one for my babyshower...I lived with my neice and nephu up untill my nephu was 4 years old and I think its def worth having one because if they have a stinky poo diaper you don't want to have to stick that in your trash...lol

hmm I never even heard of, but would like to know too. What exactly is it though?

lol yeah and i have a 2 yr old so i can use it with both of them  

i registered for the diaper champ....it does the same thing but it takes regular trash bags so you dont have to buy the refil kits all the time

You can keep it in the babys room and you just put the diapersin it afterwards and it wraps them and makes them not smell and its very useful.

Well I had registered mine at BabysRus but I don't think they are to expensive I think they are somewhere around $20...hold on I will check real quick

my cousin had one with her son and she stopped using it because it got to expensive for her...i think the refils are only a one time thing.....it says on target.com that one of the refils is suppose to hold 180 diapers but im not sure if thats true.....i would rather just use the trashbags since i already buy them in bulk anyway lol

Ok i guess the one I got was 24.99

we had a diaper genie for my nephew..

it was okay at first but it didnt really work its supposed to indivually wrap each diaper in the bag but most of the time it didnt even turn right..

andd as he got older it just got stinkyer[sp?] butt for newborns heck yes it worked great beacuse he was going so often it was easier than running outside every 20 min ++ when you do change the bag its funny it looks like a bunch of sausages lol..

but i registerd for the diaper champ.. the genie refills can get pricey and its hard to find the right level for odor control most stores just have the newborn levels
