So do you get your period or what?
If you still do, do you get it on the same day/week each month like the pill?

Ive had my Mirena for 2 months now, I havent had a period or any spotting for a month. I'm anxious to see if I dont get one at all.

i don't get mine at all, i don't even spot, but i'm still BF and that may be why.

my periods are not regular at all anymore. i never know when its coming or how long it'll stay, but generally it doesnt last more than 2 days. i used to get my period at the same time every month without even taking a pill, now i never know.

Most of the time it was random for me as well but mine lasted 3 days and it was really heavy.

i'm adding that i've had my mirena for a year in june.

I've only had maybe 3 periods in the last year since getting it. But I do still get extremely moody. cramps and bloated right around the time I would usually start.

i never really spotted. like sometimes i would wipe and get a little tinge of pink, but that was the extent of it. i never spot now though, since about 2 months after i got it.
