School just raped me

literally.......$800 for 2 freaking classes and that doesnt include books!! I'm gonna have a heart-attack. It sucks going back to school 7 years later, should of done it years ago when my parents offered to pay for it. Ah well, praying that fin aid will help! bastards!

that sucks! my bf has to pay for school this year out of pocket because fin aid wont pay!

I'm fucking pissed off too. I just found out they took away $6,000 from the yearly financial aid I was supposed to get, last minute. And I can't even get books elsewhere since half of them are new books and the # doesn't show up on any booksite. Bitches.

I think that's cheap (at least from where I live). I almost had to matriculate one class from a nearby college, and it was 2,000$- ONE class that doesn't include book. Thank God they open another class, and I was able to get in for 500$.

Well its a community college...Im sure if I got accepted into a 4 year school it would be much more! But geesh I didnt think it was gonna cost that much. If I dont get the fin. aid Im only going to take 1 of the classes....dont even know how Im gonna do it with a5 month old and working. Plus I am really lazy when it comes to school so this should be interesting!!

My tuition total for this semester is $2,999 for 14 credit hours at ASU. But then there are the $700 in fees! Yeah, economic recovery surcharge, fucking bullshit. Oh well.
