Ive been wanting to ask you about the custody process?

yup it is a short sale so we are looking at 90 days before we hear if their bank agrees with the contract. So hopefully around Christmas or the 1st of the year we'll be in it!!!!!!! We got it for 65 and they pay closing cost. The sale price is way under then what the house is worth, the house is worth 120,000.

she ran again. They are currently looking for her. Its really stressful. I just try not to think about it. Once they find her she will go to jail for a minimum of 3 years cause since she ran again its a class B misdemeanor that will always be on her record..

Hey all,
glad to see everyones good news.. i have..eh ..possible good news,Aaron and i MIGHT be getting a house-if all the extra costs dont throw us overboard,and we need his dad to co sign because Aaron hasnt worked at his new job for 2 yrs or something like that. We were told we could only afford a 125,000 house and u cant get a decent house in bucks county for that so we are looking north more(we live JUST at thebeginningof Lehigh county right now,but we were thinking more south just because hes been working in philly alot- and id like to be closer to my parents) but its only 15 more min or so?.. and its only 10 min from my ob gyn(haha not that i will be needing them for awhile!) and Isaacs dr. So, could use some prayers about that...if we cant id really still like a bigger apartment once Isaacs on the go its gonna be a mess in this dinky place!Oh i guess i should say that we already found a house we wanna look at ..it is kinda in town close to where u get off an exit for 309(huge highway here that takes u to philly) RIGHT ACROSS FROM AN IHOP!!( my hubby LOVES IHOP LOL, its the closest one to us right now-which is too far to go all the time)bad thing is - we will be closer to his parents*groans* i love my in laws,but they are becoming too much .. or i should say my Father in law and sister in law... they are OBSESSED with Isaac, my FIL snuggles up to his neck and is all mushy all over him....and acts like its HIS baby(it is the first grandchild! but still) and my sister in law is all crazy wanting to hold him non stop..she used to ask me everytime i got him back from someone else holding him..its just too much! idk how to say BUG OFF without actually saying it! .AARON (this is a shoker) is getting annoyed with his dad and almost said something to him..but refrained
