anyone know of any tips i could use to get my son on schedule ?.hes 9 months old and im nusing. it seems like the only way he can go to sleep is by falling asleep on my nipple. hes wide awke during he night and doesnt fall asleep till around 2 or 3. he so happy around that time , i dont know what to do to make him sleepy. he takes a 2 hour nap during the day and i drive around a lot so he gets a few 35 min naps because he always falls asleep. im at my boyfriends house and we can never all fall asleep together because my sons wide awake....which means....no sex!!!! (((grrrrr))))0..lol

when its time for him to sleep turn off the lights. No tv. When hes eating dont play with him. If he still wants to stay up make him lay down with all the lights off and dont play with him.

You need to get him some solid sleep AND you need something that works for your own lifestyle too. I highly recommend Dr. Weissbluth, Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child. We started it at 7 months and it worked immediately. At 8 months she is a great sleeper and and happy baby and we have sleep and a life again. Good luck!
