No it's lower, It used to be up higher too (right now it's right above where her sippy is), but she would scream because of getting her arm stuck under it (freaking little booger) so we lowered it and it actually tightened more, and was more comfortable for her too. But in all honesty I freaking hated that car seat when we bought it. I'm only just now starting to get use to it. Lol

We just redid our tub 2 mos ago too after DFs mom moved outta this house she had totally quit neat-cleaning 3 yrs ago after her brother and her daughter both died days apart from each other... so there was mold and even me the cleaning crazy couldnt get rid of it so i made DF scratch it all out and redo the whole damn thing...
I will NOT be caught w mold in my pics... f that!
I hate mold and dirty houses as is BUT as long as its not my place having to live in Im cool   (I do call my own friends out on it tho asking them why would they dare to be so lazy not to clean I know cleanings isnt the most fun but if youd embrace it a little more and realize its better for your own good and environment then cleaning can also become a relaxing kind of therapy and no im not nuts LOL)
