Progesterone treatment and weight gain

Is there any way at all to keep your weight gain to a minimum when using Progesterone hormone therapy?

I am not using synthetic Progesterone, I'm using real. I was told that it can make you gain a lot of weight and fast and that there is little to nothing you can do about it.

The thing is, when I put on weight, it doesn't come off, no matter how hard I try.

I want to start a low carb diet but its hard because I'm a vegetarian.


Any experience or ideas?
