I know that it would make her look bad, I stated that as well. But there is nothing that the father can do about it until there is a custody agreement in place. If she told him that he wasn't allowed to come over or to see his child if he were to call the cops then if there wasn't any agreement in place then they would say sorry there's nothing that I can do to help you. They wouldn't just walk up to her and take her child away from her and hand her over to her father. But that would look bad on her part in court.

I didn't file a police report but I have several witnesses. He's very emotionally abusive. He drove me into several depressions and that caused me to attempt 2 suicides while I was pregnant. The second time, he just stood there. My former NCO took me to the ER that day and saw him in my room. All that from constantly hearing him tell me I need to get an abortion and that having a baby will ruin our lives. I also have a saved chat conversation oh him telling me how useless I am and how I'll never amount to anything and that he wanted nothing to do with our daughter. I discussed it with my roommate and we agreed that the best thing is or me to play nice. If I can have things my way though, I would love to get full custody because my daughter doesn't need a father who comes around only when it's convenient for him or even have him potentially play mind games with her.
