Really that was when she was little though. It's in the past and I wouldn't start an argument over that. I mean you might could mention it to him, but I wouldn't be upset about it. It won't do anything except piss the both of you off.

That's a left hand holding the baby, so you're saying he had his right hand way over to the left of his body taking the picture...i don't think so.

OK, so if this happened so long ago, why are you worrying about it now? Your child has obviously not had any ill-effects from it....

I'm not fighting with him on anything. I haven't in a long time. I gave up on him a long time ago. We're not together, haven't been in a while. I'm upset that I am now just seeing it and that he is using one hand to hold her rather than 2 for support just so he can get a "cool" picture.

Hell, he came back from Iraq 2 weeks ago and instead of taking his leave to see his daughter, he went to San Antonio to see his friends.

No, we're not together, haven't been for months and he was never around so no parenting there on his part either. He only spent 2 days with her from the 2 weeks he got on R&R before he ran off. One of those days, I left them alone for an hour to run errands. She's almost 8 months now and he's only asked about her once.

I didn't even plan on mentioning it to him. I don't plan on contacting him either. I'm still waiting for him to contact me to make arrangements for him to see her. But...he already took his leave and went to San Antonio.

Cameras have time settings...... but thats his left hand and i don't think it was possible for him to take that picture with his right hand.

He is neither a bad father or a good one. He was only around for 2 days. That doesn't give me enough time to judge his parenting skills.

It was taken from his phone. He only brought his clothes, laptop, phone, and ipod when he came to see her. Unless his phone has a timer and a tripod too, I don't know how to explain it.
