I am measuring 2 weeks ahead of my actual week

Anyone had this happen? I am 27 weks and he said im measuring at 30 weeks...did anyone deliver early because of this?

i measured 4 weeks ahead all pregnancy. and i went overdue and got induced.

its common to measure ahead of behind .. u still go by ur edd

They changed my due date to a week earlier than my original, but the ultrasound tech and other people on here have told me that your earliest due dates are more accurate, because babies measure pretty much the same in the first 13 weeks. After that, babies grow at their own rate, and it doesn't necessarily mean you will deliver earlier or later, but you could! It's just the waiting game now! 

I measured between 8- 18 weeks ahead of my due date, but I had twins!  I measured 54 weeks when I ended up having my girls, and I was only really 35 weeks... yeah, I was a whale..

In my 3rd trimester I always measured about 5-6 weeks ahead.  I was HUGE.  I had many ultrasounds to check on things and see how big he was.  He was estimated to come out over 10 pounds.  Lmao.  He was only 8 11.  I had really high fluid levels which also made me measure big.  

i wonder how u carry and how much weight u gain contributes to how ure measuring too

I measured ahead for about a month. They induced me at 39 weeks only because I barely made it to the hospital with my second baby. At 39 weeks my little one was 8 lbs 13 ounces, if I had gone to my due date then she would have been well over 9 lbs!

yea thats what they did to my girl too .. but they gave a her a c--sec instead .. oh and her baby girl ended up only weighting like 7lbs 3z or something .. and they told her she was gonna weight around 9 lbs !!!!   .. thats freaking 2 lbs off! and an unnecessary c sec! but she liked it. she liked that she didnt have o puch n go thru labor .. so i guess it worked out for for

They are measuring your uterus.Not your belly..And usually it can go 2 weeks ahead or two weeks behind.Im measuring 28 and a half weeks but im 30 weeks and 3 days..

My doctor said I was measuring Big for how far along I was with my first. And I ended up giving birth a week early!

How are they measuring your uterus ? This is my first child so im new to this. I thought it was a belly measurement....

It is your belly measurements that they are taking. Its measuring your Uterus through your belly basically.

i was thinking that to.. but then again i was slightly overweight when i got prego and ive gained 25lbs but my DR said that i measure right on schedule...
