no redness or brusing just very sensitive to touch n i cant lift anything withoput bein in serious pain. i cant even pick up my 12 pound daughter. and both of my boobs are sore but my right one is the most painful and the one with the knot in it. the pain go from my boob under my armpit n into my spine
