stitches

So my stitches havent been bothering me for awhile now, but today i seen that they are starting to come out. I thought they would just dissolve, but im guessing not and they are just falling out? I don't know much about them since this is the first time i have ever had any stitches lol. Help? im going to be 3 weeks PP on tuesday. Is it time for them to come out?

yeah its hurting i didnt know if it was from them coming out or not.

well yeah, but it stopped hurting the past week now its hurting again and my aunt is an OB nurse and i asked her today and she said its probably infected because if it wasnt hurting and now it is then it is prob. infected.
