IMO if she feels that way about her sister,just let it be no one is going to changer her feelings about it. It sounds like your sister is a douche bag that needs to grow up, but after all she's only 17, I agree that your comment was a little immature, but hey at least you can admit it. Just try and keep your distance and do what you can to get out on your own so you wont have to deal with it, but until then be civil and try and keep the peace at least for your fathers sake.

now thats my mum down to a t and she knows it , but even tho it was a dig she found it funny and left me a postcard later that said '' why didnt i just listen to my mother''

I try so hard for my dad, because if anyone is wondering I LOVE him, lol. This is really the first thing I've done in a while. I can guarantee next time I go upstairs my sister will be asking for a favour like we're friends or some shit.

I remember being 17 (since it was last year), and I never did some of the things she does/says/acts etc. It's so much harder now because I got pregnant at 17 and had to grow up really fast. Now as she gets older, I still don't understand the things she does because I don't even know how someone my age is suppose to act if they didn't have a child.

If I cried that would me I actually loved her... and I don't. One day I'll regret not being close to her, because I wish we had a normal sibling relationship. Family shouldn't hate eachother but it happens.

That isn't fair to say! I HATE my mother. Is it the ideal, storybook family? No. But it's life. And when she's gone, my life will be no different than it is now. Maybe YOUR family isn't supposed to hate each other. But that's not every family.
