i take phentermine....

started taking it May 28th... I lost 26 lbs.

since you only need to lose 10 lbs, i wouldnt recommend phentermine. if anything, try going low carb for a week and exercise. U will lose those 10 lbs.

if you are going to try anything, try one of the safer more mild ones..like alli or slimquick. I took phentremine for like 2 months about a year ago...very strong drug..but it gave me heart palpatatinos and headaches and it made me feel like i was cracked out, so i dropped it. my SIL still takes it , its been about a year and a half for her, shes lost 20 pounds, but her body is all fucked up and shes totally addicted.

Ijust wanna say that you look great after having lola! I would try Alli..I haven't tried any weight loss drugs myself but that one seems the best considering your heart condition. I am struggling to find the energy to work out. Lucy is still waking up every 2-3hours at night and sometimes it takes her an hour to fall back asleep. Any tricks to get more energy? When I go back to work my husband is going to help during the night. By then though she'll probably be better at sleeping longer

Fastin and the only side effect was the first day I took it I was a little dizzy but after that I was fine.

I tried phentermine - got it from my regular doctor and he gave me a lot of advice about taking it - and it did just what I wanted. It was not after childbirth, though. I altered my diet a couple of weeks before I started it, and then started exercising, too, but just at home. When I started taking it I was whacked for a couple of days and then everything adjusted and I was ok. Pounds dropped off fast! At 18 I stopped it, bounced back to 15, and then just kept at the weight by weighing *every* day and absolutely controlling my diet. I gave up the exercise after awhile, and over time - a couple of years - gained back 5 more, but I've been able to hold at 10-11 pounds less than where I started. It's just enough that I'm ok with it, though it would be nice to drop a few more again. But as long as I can stay where I'm at, which I have for a good while, I'm ok with it.
