bloody poo?

Sorry if tmi, but I am worried about it. I got really sick and had a premie at 28 weeks and once I finally started to get better, about a month in half ago, I started having a hard time pooing and there was blood dripping out. I told my doctor about it and she gave me some consitpation meds bc I wasnt having regular bowel movements and we were hoping thats what it was. She told me to come back in 3 weeks if it wasnt better and I would have to have a colonoscopy. Well its been a month and I took the med and it seemed better but I was having a lot of loose stools which she said I wouldnt have, and now that I am off the med the blood is back. Its not like before either...before it just looked like it was just in the toilet water, and now you can see its actually in the stool and there is a lot more. I am calling Tuesday (thats when they open back up) for another appointment, but I am worried and if anyone else has expierenced something like this and how it turned out.

could be polyps or hemmroids my mom had polyps and they did that, and my hemmroids do that, or like my papaw says you could have weak butthole blood cells, our whole family has butt problems, gross I know

Thanks....I always assume the worse and scare myself...its good to know I am not alone with my butt problems lol

yeah I do the same thing, but my bloody butt has always been just that, it doesn't do it while I'm preggers, but after I had my first poo with my daughter it did it

I would say heamariods (sp)? also, I have the same problem. It's hard I know, try not to worry to much. My doc recommended salt baths and sorbelene cream. Hope you feel better.
