Buh-Bye Pepsi :(

So I decided I wanted toquit drinking soda. I only weigh 128 pounds but I would like to get rid of another 5 (I'm 5 ft 6 in tall). I was 124 pounds before I got pregnant and even though 5 pounds doesn't seem like a lot to some people I would really like to get rid of it so I quit drinking any and all Soda 2 days ago.

I already eat healthy but I drink A LOT of Pepsi.. like almost a whole big bottle a day. I was talking to my Mother about it and she made the comment "If you stopped drinking so much Soda that 5 pounds would be gone by next week" so it made me curious.

If you quit drinking Soda how much weight did you lose? And did u feel the caffeine withdrawls?? Can you tell me when my headache is going to stop? lol

i havent drank soda in 5 yrs... i miss it dammit.... but it will benefit you

I stopped drinking soda (diet soda) and lost 7 pounds in a week!

i havent drank pop in 2 years when i first stoped drinking it completely i lost 10 lbs... crazy fast it was nuts all the carbanation(sp?) cut out of my diet really helped.. you would be surpised at how much you lose when you stop drinking pop all together..

for how tall you are your weight is really good, if not skinny. is it the weight youre worried about? i can see how a whole bottle a day isnt good though....

your headache will never stop..lol..no it will go away once your body is used to life without pepsi,i stoped drinking soda before i went ot florida and that plus exercise helped me lose almost 50 pounds..but i needed to lose that..you should lose it pretty fast..water is good for you and tea is as well..and tea has caffiene so it may help you headaches

as long as you don't supplement the soda with juice and just drink water you'll deff lose the 5pounds in maybe a month

I really like my body.. it's more about numbers.. I was 124 before I got pregnant and I would like to be 123 now lol. It's not a lot but it would make me feel better to be able to say "I lost all my baby weight" instead of "I'm sooo close to losing it all" lol

I'm 5 foot 6, 135 is the "normal" weight for someone my height but I look damn good at 128 and I bet I'll look better at 123 lol

soda = weight is bullshit...

It's the sugar content that = weight. Switch to diet and you are fine.

Yea,lol..drink some tea,seriously,it helps..and maybe some tylenol..lol..just think how worth the end result is...the satisfaction of being able to say you lost ALL your baby weight..
