I lost 5 pounds in a little less then 2 weeks when I stopped. But I have been bad and been having a few on the weekends now! grr. I wish I only had 5 to lose though. I need to lose 15, I think....I can't remember.

I found a bunch of links yesterday. I made this post to ask others about the weight they lost when they stopped drinking Soda, not to sit and argue with you about nonsense. Get a fuckin' hobby or something! Damn!

Amazingly, no. But I had 2 cups of coffee to help with that.

I drank coffee and still ended up with a headache, I should have drank another cup. LoL It's going away today though, I can barely feel it and I'm on day 3 with no Soda at all... not even a sip. I almost caved last night at dinner but grabbed a bottle of water instead. lol

Keep up the good work! It was hard the first week..but after that it gets so much easier

I'm trying. I don't have any in my house, I haven't for days, but when I go somewhere else (like lastnight I went to a family dinner) it's hard to watch everyone else drink it and not want some. lol
