Special K?

have any of you mama's tried the special K diet?
did it work for you?

I tried it out once. I lost 4lbs in two weeks. Meh.

when i saw the title i for some reason thought you were talking about the Drug hahaha... my SO and his Gma were talking about it today randomly.. random ramble

worked for me just following the serving sizes...

i tried it and i lost 15 pounds in 2 months it was good but i got sick of eating special k of everything haha  now im taking natural herb supplements of mega green-t lol it really works wonders it curbs appetites ima fat ass and 70 lbs over weight i need a change lol!

It's the same as if you ate 200 calories for breakfast, 200 for lunch and a 100 calorie snack, with a potioned dinner. It equals about 1,200 calories. Which comsuming that amount, would make you lose weight wheather you ate the cereal or not. Special K, has no scientific ingrediant and in my opinion, it's just a marketing ploy. to but they're crap.

I eat the Special K Chocolate Delight stuff.. it is sooooo good and there is tons of chocolate in it. Yum.
