A Stuborn Husband.....

heyy Ladies 
I am 27wks && 4 days pregant with my second child! its a baby boyy  and i am having a horriable time picking out a name for him..I guess you can kinda blame it on my husband! He always told me that his son was gonna have the 1st name michael like him& His father do! which i am completly fine with...But thats not he problem.the problem is my husband is a Car guy..I mean went to school to get a degree in cars kinda guy..&& he want to name my son..Hemi?...yess yess i do think its kinda cute..but i want my lil boy to have a respectable name! Soo all n all my husband says my sons name is Michael hemi Hicks?..Okay well as i said befor thats my husband && His dads Name..therefor my son will be goin by his middle name..which would be Hemi...&& Im not Likein that Idea at all..Soo i argue with my hubs over this and he just wont back off the name..He tells me i can put another name in there if it makes me feel better..Ahhh..i dont want him to have 2 middle names!!..but i took his idea in to concideration concidering that hes acually giving me a chance to possiably make my sons name sound better...Soo heres Soo far what we ahve kind of agreed on..Michael chase hemi Hicks...And the other is Michael Mason hemi Hicks...the good thing is that my son could go by chase or mason insead of Hemi...But i really dont know if i like em....Ive tryed to get threw my hubs head where im coming from And well he just aint listening my question to you ladies Outt those 2 Names can you suggest a Name that may sound better than chase or Mason....Thank youu

I agree. I am giving my fiance's last name to our baby, and I let him pick one name. Then he was whining about wanting the middle one too.

i think michael mason hemi is what you should do. I love the name mason. Although, Hemi remindes me of a nick name for hemeroides.

Hemi wouldn't be the first car-related name I have ever heard of being used on a kid.

Yes, I like the other ladies suggestion, about Ryder. Do you like the sound of Chase Hicks - it kinda does not flow to great, in my opinion. Would your sons initials be different from his grandfathers, and fathers - cause I would definitely make sure of that - I also like the name Cheveyo for a boy - but I'm sure daddio would not go down in Status from Hemi to Cheveyo??? I'm thinking -

thanks for the link! It makes me have a diffrent out look on the name hemi.I guess my main issue was that everyone would think of the motor...&& think thats what hes named after..But now that i found out its a Name with a meaning i like it better!! its almost temping to just name him Michael Hemi Hicks  i think that sounds better than the other 2 names..&& Plus i really didnt want him to have 2 middle names ..Idk i still got 11 weeks to figure it out..but thanks again

A lady on here acually found the name hemi in aBaby name section and the meaning of it "God is Gracious" && that makes melike the name hemi more nowing that its more than just a name of a motor..Soo im thinkin possiably Michael hemi Hicks?..Cute i think..bit still not sure? && Nope His gramps is Msh And his daddys is Mjbh...Soo the intials would be completley diffrent
